Q. Will my Kling-Onz work outside?
Absolutely!  You can use them with confidence knowing that they will hold up in all types of weather; blinding rains, snow, freezing temperatures, desert heat, blistering sun and extreme wind.  And, KlingOnz are UV protected so you don't need to worry about fading. KlingOnz will last up to 2 years outdoors and up to 5 years indoors.
Q. Can I use Kling-Onz on my hot garage door?
Yes. It doesn’t matter if you’re roasting in Florida or sizzling in the deserts of Arizona. Your garage door may feel hot to your hand but it’s no match for Kling-Onz. You can apply Kling-Onz without problems.
Q. Are there any surfaces I should avoid?
Yes. Do not use Kling-Onz on heaters, hot plates and any other similar objects.
Q. What are Kling-Onz made of?
Kling-Onz are made of a hi-tech flexible vinyl. Kling-Onz are extremely durable and because they can be reused you’ll get years of pleasure celebrating your favorite holidays and special events.
Q. Will Kling-Onz effect the paint on my walls?
Kling-Onz are designed to work safely on all surfaces. Kling-Onz will not peel paint or damage other surfaces like metal, wood or plastics. Kling-Onz, however, should not be used on freshly painted surfaces. When in doubt, test the surface before using Kling-Onz.
Q. How do I store my Kling-Onz?
You can simply apply the Kling-Onz to the paper backing you were provided or use any common wax paper and then store a cool, dry place.
Q. Are Kling-Onz safe for your children?
Yes. Kling-Onz contain NO HARMFUL CHEMICALS like phthalates or lead. Kling-Onz are 100% non-toxic, eco-friendly and CPSIA (Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act) compliant.
Q. Does Kling-Onz sell custom skins?
Yes but only for large orders of 2,000 pieces. Send us an email for more information.

Q. Can I match my wedding party colors, prom dress or any other colors to your swatches?
We cannot guarantee an exact match because monitors, browsers and die lots vary. We cannot guarantee what you see on your screen or even with what you have purchased in the past or if colors will match between sizes. We can only guarantee that we take every effort to as closely as possible match die lots and colors between sizes to give you the most beautiful decorations possible.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
Only for Texas. We do not charge sales tax in any other states. If tax is added to your cart, it will be deleted when you enter a shipping address outside Texas.
